Terms & Conditions


We endeavour to supply a high quality product and harvest our trees as fresh as possible.  However, it is important to look after your tree to improve longevity – please refer to our Christmas tree care guide.
Our Christmas trees and wreaths are either living or made from living material hence each one is unique.  Slight variation in the form and colour to the photographs shown is to be expected.  All sizes are approximate.  We cannot be held responsible for any needle drop, colour or general product freshness of cut trees after 7 days from receipt of goods.  Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for any pot grown tree that dies after 25 December in the year it was purchased.
Our Christmas trees are grown and harvested in the natural environment.  During the harvesting process we endeavour to keep them as clean as possible.  However, with variable weather conditions some trees may pick up a bit of mud in the packaging and we advise to take care when unpacking the tree.


 We only sell to customers over the age of 18 years.

Please check the order carefully before submitting as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made in the ordering process.

If you have a preferred delivery date/time please advise us in the message box when completing your order.  We will endeavour to fulfil your request however a preferred delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation of orders must be received by Black Isle Christmas Trees in writing by email within 24 hours of placing the order.  If you cancel after this time it may be too late to stop the despatch of the order.  Any money taken will be returned within 30 days.   The cost of returning any purchased goods must be borne by the purchaser.

Safe use of the products after purchase is the customers’ responsibility.  Black Isle Christmas Trees accepts no responsibility to any loss or injury acquired from use of the products.

We reserve the right to refuse to service any individual.

All goods advertised on the website are subject to availability.  Should there be a problem with the availability of an order Black Isle Christmas Trees will endeavour to contact the customer to inform of this and offer a substitute providing one is available.



Goods will only be despatched after full payment for ordered goods has been cleared in our bank account.

Goods will require a signature on delivery.  No goods can be left unattended without a signature unless the customer has stated otherwise on the order form.  In the event the customer is unavailable to accept the order and wishes the goods to be left somewhere on the delivery premises this can be declared in the message box when placing the order.  Black Isle Christmas Trees cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or theft of goods if permission to leave the consignment unattended has been given in this way.

If no one is available to take the order a card will be left through your door.  It is the customers’ responsibility to make contact in order that a subsequent delivery or collection date can be arranged.  No refunds can be made for the failure to make alternative arrangements.

Any problems with the order must be notified to us on the day the order is received.  Black Isle Christmas Trees cannot accept returned goods more than 3 days after delivery.

If the delivery of ordered goods is refused by the customer, a rejected delivery fee of £25 will be taken.

If there is a change of mind over the order, it is the customers’ responsibility to meet the cost of the returned delivery.  A full refund, excluding any delivery costs, will be provided if goods are returned in a saleable condition.  No refunds will be provided if the goods are damaged on return.

Black Isle Christmas Trees will deliver goods but will not play any part in installing your tree or other purchased goods.
